Payment

Is my payment safe online?

We are committed to ensure 100% Purchase Protection. FAMAS understands that you care about how information about you is used and shared; and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. Your privacy is important to us and we work to keep your information secure. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information, in addition to maintaining security of your information as per the International Standard IS/ISO/IEC 27001 on “Information Technology-Security Techniques- Information Security Management System-Requirements”.

I have not received my refund?

Refunds are generally processed by banks after 48 hrs of the transaction.

Banks usually take 7-9 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).

Be patient. Your money is safe, always!

Can I pay with UPI (Google Pay etc.)?

YES! You can pay with UPI via our payment gateway.

My payment is successful but I have not received confirmation.

We issue invoice once we receive the payment confirmation from Payment Gateway. So please be patient. You will receive the confirmation once we check at the back-end. This might take a few hours as we need to confirm with the payment gateway.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

No. To avoid contagion as per Government guidelines, we DO NOT accept COD mode of payment at this moment.

How can I make payment?

You can pay online by Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI Wallet. We do not accept cash on delivery to avoid contagion.

Ordering

What is minimum order amount for FAMAS delivery?

When placing an order with FAMAS, the minimum order amount is INR 500 only.

We have kept this minimum order amount so as to make it feasible for us to smoothly delivery.

I have not received any update about my order.

We send emails to you for all the updates. Please make sure that our email ID “xyz@gmail.com” is added in your contact list.

Do check your SPAM folder in case you are not able to see any emails from FAMAS in your inbox.

My order was showing processing and then it was cancelled.

As you place the order online, the system changes the status to “Processing”.

“Processing” means – We have received your order and we are checking at the backed for receipt of payment etc. If we receive your payment, the status stays as Processing till we deliver.

If we do not receive your payment (due to payment gateway failure or any other reasons), we change the status to Cancelled.

Do you accept orders on phone?

No! We do not accept orders on phone.

We have a very user friendly website where you can order with a few clicks.

I placed an order and it’s showing cancelled.

We process only those orders for which we receive payment (via payment gateways). If we do not receive the payment, we cancel the order.

Delivery

When will you deliver my order?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Bangalore within the selected shipping date. Usually, the order reaches you within 1-9 days depending upon your location.

Else if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 8-10 working days of the order being placed.

If there are delays due to circumstances out of our control, we will inform you about the same.

But we make 100% effort to deliver from our end.

Where do you delivery?

We deliver to all States in India. If your PIN Code is not serviceable due to some reason, we will refund your order amount.

What are the delivery charges?

The minimum order value for placing an order is Rs.500. For delivery within Bengaluru, we charge a standard amount of Rs.90 and for the rest of India, we charge Rs.180 (both these rates are applicable only for online payment). For COD, we charge Rs.130 for deliveries within Bengaluru and Rs 220 for the rest of India.

Some items are missing in my delivery.

We are humans at work :). Sometimes our packing team might miss putting an item in your package. Please relax. We will refund the amount of the item in your back account/UPI Wallet.
